House of Delegates Manual is a small blue book that is published every two years. It contains biographies of the House of Delegates members, Rules of the House, and general information about the General Assembly.
Liaison Book The Liaison Book is a list of liaison officers between state agencies, the General Assembly and its staff. It is published annually by the Division of Legislative Automated Systems pursuant to § 30-28.16 of the Code of Virginia and is distributed to legislators, legislative staff, and other interested persons prior to the General Assembly Session. The Liaison Book is now available online in in the form of a database and can be accessed at the HTML link on the Legislative Resources page from within Publications on the General Assembly Website.
