| To study the feasibility of creating a regional rapid transit network for connecting existing and emerging population centers in major transportation corridors, including, but not limited to, the Counties of Arlington, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Warren; the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, Manassas Park, Winchester, and Warrenton; and the Towns of Culpeper, Dumfries, Front Royal, Herndon, Leesburg, Purcellville, and Vienna. |
