Water Commission, State

| Study all aspects of water supply and allocation problems in the Commonwealth. |

|
| The Commission shall consist of 15 members to be appointed as follows:
- the Chairmen of the House Committee on Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources and the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources;
- seven members of the House of Delegates appointed by the Speaker of the House of Delegates;
- four members of the Senate appointed by the Committee on Rules; and
- two non-legislative citizen members to be appointed by the Governor, who shall be citizens of the Commonwealth |
